continual consent
and debating discussions
on the part of
its permanant participants
probably rotating
representative responsibilities
amid accepted equality
of all,
in a world where
everyone enunciates
their thoughts
thru automatic alliterations.

*Note... since anarchy has not taken over just yet, some confusing latin was intertwined to create the effect of recurring letters. "Ex" means "out of" in latin, for those of you who don't know.
